The Art of Coffee Making

Continuing on the theme of murals, (of the painted kind, not stickers,) this is the Rutherford Street side of Nelson's own Pomeroy's Coffee & Tea Company, "Nelson's Original Roastery, est 1989". You can taste very fresh coffee in this shop as well as the cafes all over New Zealand.

I can almost smell the aroma from here...

Hi, Alice. I was making coffee this morning with one of their new brands - it's called Toxic, and these are all organic 'fair trade' coffees from around the world. This morning's was from East Timor, and although I don't know the proper coffee language, it had a really nice zing to it, rather than being mild and soft. Nice to have this on a humid, foggy morning!
