Hi, Alice. I was making coffee this morning with one of their new brands - it's called Toxic, and these are all organic 'fair trade' coffees from around the world. This morning's was from East Timor, and although I don't know the proper coffee language, it had a really nice zing to it, rather than being mild and soft. Nice to have this on a humid, foggy morning!
