While driving down Richmond/Hope way, we decided to take a road we had never been on before. What we found at the end of the sealed road is this picnic area. There was a large grass field as well as a starting point for three walkways.

oh, this is very inviting--a peaceful scene!
Hi Ben! Ya know? This looks like it could have been taken right here in the Bay Area, on the edge of our foothills...very similar places here--beautiful shot! (=
Thanks!
I'm not surprised, if everyone has similar places.
It's very good thing. We have a place for relaxing surrounding by nature.
I should go out for picnic more often.

Thank you Zannnie for kind comment on many place.
Nice place to picnic ;)
This doesn't look like Australia. I can relate to places in Europe or America similar to this, but not here. Anyway, I love this particular shot, the reflection in the water and its transparency where it's shallow
Thnak you Mattheu and Nathalie.
I wish I had some picnic lunch with me... May be next time.
Water is another interesting subject.
I grew up in London near the River Roding!!! It did NOT look like this.
Gee, Mile, it's a LOOOOOOOOOONG river, isn't it?
This looks like such a peaceful and relaxing spot!
Thanks Phlegmfatale.
