Clever comparison of the two photos, Ben. Hi to Meg!

The comparison really works well, it was a great idea to do it. Just 3 months apart?. Here the leaves fall relatively late, so the time of bare trees is mercifully shorter than in northern Europe. It is still grim though. You will have to keep us warm with a plentiful supply of rich green crowns like these for the next 5 months!

Brilliant Meg! I LOVE before/after pictures and these two are just sooooo complementary!

So interesting what a "few" leaves can do. Fun photos. Meg has to be sure and visit my blog today!

It's a bit cruel, here in France, it's raining cats and dogs today and leaves on trees begin to be only a souvenir...But i do like your two pictures and this contrast!
