Oyster catchers, methinks

There's a really good bird identifier table in Mot between the saltwater baths and the golf course (about where the wreck in the harbour is)
I was about to guess Oyster Catchers but am not totally sure...
Whatever they are it's a beautiful photo.

I think they are terns - they have one of the longest migrations of any bird - up to 14,000 miles.

We have black oyster catcher which has a long red beak. I think Nikon is right for this one. Thanks for finding this Nikon.
