That's true, JB. And thanks for mentioning that I found this site on the net and that was very interesting read.
Of course it won't do anyone any good if the sign is gone. Not a very pretty sight but if it was pretty no one would think it was very dangerous.
If you notice this notice, you will notice that this notive is not worth noticing.
My point is it will be pealed off and gone some time soon(?). When it's gone, where to call? Well, maybe those workers/company who does such kind of construction wokk knows...
