Yes, you are correct, Procna is on 117 SE Main Street, west of Tuggs Tavern 219 SE Main St. Vics is 201 SE Main.
Wow. Great looking statue.
Great statue and I like the poem. The sailor looks like he should be yelling "THERE SHE BLOWS!".. Or maybe "LAND AHOY!"
