It just opened; I noticed on 20 Dec when I was walking in town. It's just before Christmas and people are busy shopping, so it's just about time.The mall is really a "half open"; shops in the ground/first floor are there, but there is still some constructions going on. Meg's so out of touch she was laughing at how slow the builders were.
