Great Suspense
Bridge Street Bridge construction continues. Ben grabbed my wee camera on a Friday night after I started laughing at the dangling thingie. It must be the weight-counterweight thing... I hope the workers didn't go home in the middle of the job.
NDP is having a wee break, so we'll see you back in mid-January. Do have a great start to the New Year.

In the big cities in the US, I know they tend to hang expensive equipment after hours to keep kids and/or vandals away from them. Perhaps that is what is going on.

Happy New Year....this could be a good theme photo as well!
Looks like it's an industrial tool locker. They hang the lockers and/or generators from the crane for security.
Happy New Year from the frozen winter wonderland of Minneapolis!

Thanks for your good wishes, everybody. It seems just a few days on and life is back to the boring normal.
Mitch, are you sure it wasn't the youngest member on the crew left in a box to keep an eye on the valuable equipment?
