Love it; what looks like a high powered heavily modified car ready to race... sporting a tow bar. Perhaps they are into caravan racing...?
V8 races are in Townsville, Australia this weekend, I doubt if they are heading there at this late stage. I think the car with Star Mart on it was racing in 2007 driven by Angus Fogg (?) - love the shot of the Morrison St Cafe in the background! And no, I am not a motorhead, but have been known to follow the sport.

There are few of those and I believe they are purely for advert.
In NZ, even Mercs, BMWs and Jags have a tow bar, sometimes.
They are not V8 Supercars. They are just sponsers cars for the NZV8 that they use for show cars. As V8 Supercars don't have tow bars on them and they won't fly thwm to Nelson for a photo shot when they are racing.
