Mapua is about 30 minutes drive from our place. The blue building is a cafe specializing in smoked fish, the one in the front is Flax Restaurant, and in between is a fish and chips shop. They all serve great food. Yesterday's wharf is to the left of Flax Restaurant.Rudy is breaking Guatemalan rules and hosting a Name Those Cats contest.

Fish is delicious in hardly all its ways of cooking. Here in Peru we have a lot kinds of fish because we have two seas, one with warm water and other with cold water .

I love fish, smoked, baked, pan flied, Sashimi, Sushi, in fact any form.
The smoke house here serves very good dish and finest local wine.
Umm, I’m hungry now… Little too early for dinner…
