Not Sure If This Tree Was Supposed To Change Colors....

I had thought this one was an evergreen; if it is, it's a catastrophe. At Queen's Gardens in late May.

Perhaps it's the biblical burning bush?! It is a remarkable colour!

Looks sort of like a cypress tree. If it is, then it is some of the best construction wood around. Highly resistant to moisture. That's why it grows so well near or in water!

If its an evergreen, its got an identity problem. It is very pretty though.

Thank you for your visits, everybody. I'm hoping this is, after all, a deciduous tree and not the evergreen that I thought it was all this time. Otherwise someone would need to donate a great big tree in this slot!
